At Send it Surrey we want to do our bit towards preventing e-waste, and keeping old boards running, so that there are cheap options available to enable more people to enter the sport.

Do you have a broken onewheel collecting dust?

Unfortunately it’s not always economical to send broken boards that are out of warranty back to Future Motion in the US for repair.

There is the option of converting the board to VESC, but this can be more complicated and expensive than just replacing a single part, and normally requires having a functioning wiring harness, battery, motor and footpads.

If you want to find out why your board isn’t working, whether it’s a problem with the controller, BMS, battery, wiring harness, motor or footpads, so that you can either replace the faulty part or know which parts are reusable for a VESC conversion, we can help.

At Send it Surrey we’ll have a selection of parts available and can assist in troubleshooting by swapping known working parts in and out your board to identify which is the faulty part.

If you need to replace a part we can also advise on how to overcome any parts pairing measures.

Parts exchange

If you have any spare working parts that you no longer require and want to sell, maybe leftover from a VESCing your board, let us know and we may be able to match you with a rider who requires that part.

If you have a faulty board or working spare parts that you’re going to bring to the event please let us know in advance using the contact form.

Please note that whilst we’ll do our best to you advise and assist you in resolving issues with your board, this isn’t a full repair service and we’re not able to offer tyre and bearing changes.
